I can also take some-ones list aswell, i want to do this, i am 16, live in north london and would like to promote my music to an urban youth community, i know some people who have 500 or so friends all around my age, and around london which would be good to help my music be recognised, any suggestions?

Well the first girl said to do a "whore me" bulletin but that only goes out to your friends you already have. But just go and request a whole bunch of people. Random ones at that.
