Are you just wanting to add random people just to increase your friend count or do you want people on your friends list who like your band?





If so, you need to ask yourself if there is any point in having thousands of friends on your friend list who have absolutely no interest in your band whatsoever? Why not do it manually, finding people who might actually enjoy your band, rather than your band just being that irritating "random friend request from another random band" that doesn't match up with the person's music taste.





Basically, having 10,000 people on your friends list doesn't mean that a record company is going to suddenly sign you because you have so many "friends".





With so many dreadful bands on MySpace it has become more imnportant than ever to use it as a tool to connect with people who are really passionate about what you are doing and not the morons who just add anyone to boost their friend counts.





Also, with so many of these types of MySpace "tools" being dodgy, there is a good chance you'll either get your account hacked or your account cancelled by MySpace (or possibly both).
