Hmm...well if you are talking about what I think your talking about then it's a bot, which are prohibited in the MySpace TOS (I'm not judging, just MySpace). Now normally any person willed enough and in there right mind would say "F You TOS" and do it anyway, but MySpace's CAPTCHA codes in which it has an image and you have to type in the letters and numbers will stop this "friend adder" from working most likely.
Even if it works today, it probably won't work a week from now since they change the codes regularly.
If you want to whore friends you're better off sending out premade bulletins by hand and just keep pressing "Post Bulletin".
I don't think they closed up that whole on unlimited bulletins yet.
